A year after Trinity Eco-Group’s original bug hotel was vandalised, it has been brought back to life and is once again doing it’s vital work in the fight against Global Warming.
Originally the Bug Hotel was built by the children of Treasure Seekers but it was deemed sensible to wait until security gates were fitted before attempting to fix it.
As an Eco Church, Trinity needs to do everything possible to encourage wildlife. Building a bug hotel both educates the children and produces a safe haven for beneficial insects. It also helps the church to obtain an A Rocha Eco Church Award.
