September’s Coffee Stop was once again packed full of friendly faces, but this special event gave us the opportunity to share our exciting plans for Trinity Community Garden.
Climate Action Champion, Archie Whymark, addressed the room and introduced Anita Kellington on the Eco Group stand. She was happy to show off the designs for the garden, which were displayed on a board. The plant stand and seed swap proved popular too. Madeleine Adey, who did such a beautiful job decorating the seed library, was presented with a bouquet of flowers by way of thanks.
Brennan, who is a vital link between the Trinity Eco Group and Ribblesdale, which is an Eco School, joined Archie to ‘cut the inner tube’ of our new bike stands, which double as planters.
Wendy Bridgeman ended the presentation with a wonderful prayer.
Thanks as always, to our amazing team of volunteers who help with setting up, catering, serving and so much more, and to Becky for her simply wonderful face painting. Here’s to the next one!
