A week later than usual, to fit in with Ribble Valley Jazz & Blues – Events & Festivals, the hall was packed with people eager to hear Arthur Geldard Music….. and the Rainbow Cafe was packed with guests wanting to view the latest exhibition by Keith Parkinson.
A Jazz version of Bon Jovi’s Livin on a Prayer and some fitting wartime tunes were highlights of the set from Arthur Geldard, and people were loving the morning entertainment while tucking into brews and butties.
Artist Keith Parkinson was on hand to talk to visitors about the inspiration for his exhibition ‘Environments’ which began with an Ordnance Survey Map!
Throughout his time at Trinity, there will be a prize draw to win one of Keith’s original prints, so be sure to come to the gallery (Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 10am to 4pm).
There was craft for the youngsters and a fabulously-stocked cake and jigsaw stall.
