The Trinity Community Eco Garden opened it’s doors to the public for the first time at last Saturday’s Coffee Stop.
Although the grand opening won’t be until next year, our produce is in such abundance, and the space is looking so beautiful, we wanted visitors to have the chance to take a look around.
A Heritage Trail written by our resident artist Caroline Assheton was available for people to do while perusing, as well as being able to see her wonderful work on display in the Hub Gallery.
Jo from Creation Station ran a fabulous craft activity with families making birds, and Sarah Aspden brought her beautiful hand-made cards.
Knock On Wood had a stall with their custom woodwork and there was also the chance to decorate pebbles with Ribble Rivers Trust.
As well as the usual jigsaws, Fairtrade and cake stalls, the event felt like a wonderful celebration of all things Trinity!
