Former Mission Enabler at Trinity, Harriet Thomson, has taken on a new role in ministry as the Church and Community Engagement Leader at Latchford Baptist Church.

Member of Trinity from 2012 – 2022, Harriet became a trained Local Preacher, her husband, Ben, a Worship Leader, and daughter, Lizzie, an active member of the Trinity family.
A special welcome service for Harriet was led by Regional Minister for the North West Baptist Association, Revd Phil Jump, with Ven Jane Proudfoot, Archdeacon of Macclesfield, as guest preacher.
The ecumenical celebration brought together church leaders, civic representatives, friends and supporters from across the Christian community to welcome Harriet into her new role and give thanks for the opportunities ahead as the church continues to strengthen its relationships with the people of Latchford and the wider Warrington area.
Greetings and blessings were received from Churches Together in Latchford; Cllr Maureen McLoughlan, Deputy Mayor of Warrington; Jon Pocock, Strategic Projects Director, on behalf of colleagues at Church House at the Diocese of Chester; Dr Alastair Murdoch of Re:Ignite Church, Blackburn; and Peter Lumsden of Whalley Methodist Church, representing Rev Ian Humphreys of the Clitheroe Methodist Circuit.
Everyone at Trinity wishes Harriet the very best of luck.
