LOWRY-INSPIRED work, created by the Art4All charity is being displayed at Trinity’s Hub Gallery from Saturday.
The special project, which took students to The Lowry Gallery in Salford, was followed by a series of lessons drawing and painting scenes inspired by the Northern artist L.S.Lowry.
Started by Frankie Freeman-Ruddock in 2018, the Art4All classes provide art instruction and therapy, and the chance to interact socially, for disadvantaged adults and those with special needs. The classes are free and available to anyone.
Lowry visited Clitheroe and depicted the town several times. The project was funded by the Freemasons.
This latest exhibition will be part of Artwalk Clitheroe on Sunday, March 24 from 11am to 4pm.
